All Kinsmen of RoE must have full access to the forums. Changes to the forum are currently being made to allow and disallow specific people access to specific forusm. There fore:

YES, EVEN IF YOU HAVE BEEN IN THE KINSHIP FROM THE BEGINNING, YOU WILL NEED TO SEND A MAIL TO RECEIVE PROPER ACCESS AS A KINSMAN.
Also, it is important that you register your in-game character name to the user name on the forum. To do this, at the top right of the screen, click USER PROFILE, then click CHARACTERS and follow the instructions.
